Returns, Refund & Cancellations

Conditions for return

• Products should be unused.

• Products should be returned in their original packaging along with original price tags, labels, barcodes and invoices. In case of strips, only full unopened strips can be returned.

• Our minimum order value is Rs 300.00. So after returning your product if the billing amount will go under Rs 300.00 than the discount structure will also change & the amount will credit in eSwasthya account & redeemed in next order.

• If you want to exchange your shipped product (in case of any damaged product issue) with new product your minimum order must be of Rs 300.

Damaged products

• In the unlikely event that any product you received from us is damaged:

• Please do not accept delivery of the item if the outer packaging appears damaged or any way tampered with

• If after you open the packaging, you discover that the item is damaged, you can return the product to us. Please contact our customer service number 7043332042/43 for initiating the return and send us the images of the damaged product.

• Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the replacement product. In such cases, we will credit your amount in eSwasthya account & this amount will be redeemed/ cut in your next order.

Order Cancellations

If you want to cancel an order, you can call on our customer service number 7043332042/43 and provide details of the order you would like to cancel with reason of cancellation. You can cancel your order within 1 hour from the time of placing order. Once the order is shipped to your place & you are cancelling your order than you have to pay full billing amount & this amount will be credited in eSwasthya account & will be redeemed in next order.

Return Procedure

• Check all your items when the delivery person comes to your place for delivery.

• If you find any issue with the product you can call us on our customer service number with your customer ID & invoice number.

• By giving your reason for returning the product you can return your product with the delivery person but in case of any mistake or mismatch occured by company will be company's liability and user have to just return the whole order or partialy order if product is not as per defined at the time of order confirmation.

• If you want to return the product after the delivery person left your place, it would be your responsibility to send it to our operating office & credit note of that amount will be given to you which you can use in your next order.

• It is our constant endeavor to provide our customers with the best products at the best prices. If, for some reason (e.g. Wrong product from our side, Doctor has changed your medicine) you may return it in its original condition within 5 days and for injectables you may return within 1 day from the billing date mentioned on your Invoice copy. (Note: if you find any query regarding your medicine i.e. the doctor is going to change your medicine within short time duration, kindly consult your doctor before placing your order)

Refund Credit

In case of any issue with the products a credit note for the value of the returned item will be issued and added to eSwasthya account. A notification will also be sent to your registered email address and phone number informing the same. You will be able to use this credit for any purchases at eSwasthya Mediserve Pvt Ltd. In case the return is not a valid one as per the conditions outlined above, it will be reshipped back to you.
